Job Description:

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to fill CNC Mill Machinist roles with a manufacturing company located in Hillsboro, OR. The person in this position will set up and run 3 to 5 axis CNC mills to machine parts out of aluminum, stainless steel, and mild steel for a variety of industries.

Pay: $26-$30/hr



CNC Mill Machinist Responsibilities:

Set up and run CNC Horizontal mill cell (Mori Seiki and Doosan)


Set up and run CNC Vertical mills (Mori Seiki and Doosan)


Inspect first run product and make adjustments working with Quality Control as necessary


Inspect parts during manufacturing and maintain consistent quality


Make fixtures and clamps for jobs as needed


Machine parts and compare to blueprints to ensure accuracy


Perform secondary operations (tap, deburr, etc.)





CNC Mill Machinist Qualifications:

5 + years experience running CNC Milling machines


Must be able to do own set ups


Familiar with Fanuc controls


Own your own precision measuring tools


Ability to read blueprints


Ability to read written instructions


Attention to detail


Ability to work independently


Must be available to work Friday through Sunday (5AM-5:30PM) OR Monday through Thursday, (4:15PM-2:45AM).





Benefits:

$26-$30/hour. Additional differential for weekend or swing shift roles.
