Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of CX Strategy to enhance
customer experiences through human-centered design and strategic
consulting.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee research initiatives and lead ideation workshops to enhance
customer experiences
Develop and refine customer journey maps and personas, ensuring
they reflect customer insights
Guide the implementation of CX initiatives and establish metrics to
track effectiveness
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in a consulting firm and/or digital
agency
Expertise in various CX research methods, including qualitative and
quantitative approaches
Deep understanding of customer journey mapping and persona
development
Experience with service design principles and methodologies
Familiarity with tools for product/service definition and
behavioral models
