Resident Field Mechanic/Technician sought to work on Agriculture equipment in Harney and Lake counties, OR.

Pape' Machinery, a premier capital equipment dealer in the West, is seeking a skilled mechanic to join their team. As a Resident Field Mechanic/Technician, you will live in the Christmas Valley area and work on Agriculture equipment, ensuring it runs in peak form and maximizing uptime. You will travel to customer locations, perform top-notch work, and interact with customers to provide excellent service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• 
  
• Diagnose and repair all makes and models of Agriculture equipment with a focus on John Deere.
  
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Provide excellent customer service and communication.
  
• Operate a loaded service vehicle and travel to customer locations.
  
• Ensure equipment is running in peak form and maximizing uptime.
  
  
  **Requirements:**

  • Journeyman skill level in diagnosing and repairing Agriculture equipment.
    
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
    
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    
  • Driver's license with a good driving record.
    
  • Ability to reside within the Christmas Valley, OR area.
